Charl Snyman
Principal
Charl is the Principal of Terracon Properties and is a successful Estate Agent as well as being an established Property Developer and Director of Terracon Project Development, a South African Development Company active in the Western Cape with links to an International support system.
With almost twenty years’ experience in the property industry, Charl initially started his career in Los Angeles California before returning to South Africa, where he worked for a large National Estate Agency before founding Terracon Properties.
Charl has a wealth of property knowledge and has proven to be an attentive mentor to his client’s, agents and co-workers. With his vast knowledge and experience in the industry, he has the ability to assist and guide both the purchaser and seller through the entire sales process with professionalism and a standard of service excellence which exceeds expectations.
In his spare time Charl is an active sportsman as well as being a CrossFit Coach.

Desireé Wallace
Director
Desireé has a business background, having worked as a consultant on Strategic Projects for over 15 years, providing professional services to clients in a wide spectrum of business sectors, including the financial sector and the Public Sector. Her education includes an MBA, a Business Administration and a Marketing and Sales Management Degree. She is also a certified Enterprise Architect.
Her background in providing service to clients has stood her in good stead for the Real Estate Industry, and she is passionate about providing service levels which go beyond what is expected. Her area of focus is new homes and vacant land in Security Estates.
Desireé has always had a keen interest in property, and as a co-founder of Terracon Properties, she has been able to turn her interest into a profession that she enjoys. Her spare time is often spent researching and updating her knowledge on property so that she can provide her clients with the latest and best information.
